Your tax receipt will be issued to you at the time of donation via email, directly from CanadaHelps.

If you would like to receive an annual tax receipt, you can set this up by creating a donor account on CanadaHelps (instructions to create an account here) and turning on the setting "amalgamate all tax receipts for year end". 

 

All tax receipts for online donations will now come directly from CanadaHelps, NOT Square One World Media. If you have donated online through CanadaHelps and lost your tax receipt, you can find instructions on how to retrieve it, as well as other information on receipting here. Any additional help topics about CanadaHelps can be found here.

If you would like to receive your tax receipt directly from Square One World Media, you can always call our toll free number
1-800-565-1810 and make a donation via credit card over the phone. Please call us if you have any questions.

U.S. Donation Information

Our donation platform (CanadaHelps) accepts international donations, but the donations are processed in Canadian currency.
For example, if you donate $50, it will be for 50 Canadian dollars. Your credit card will be charged the equivalent in your country’s currency, based on the current exchange rate. Please note that CanadaHelps is a Canadian charity and only issues Canadian tax receipts.

 

We are pleased to offer tax-deductible receipts for donations made in U.S. currency. Thank you to the D.M. Stearns Missionary Fund for partnering with us in providing this service.
