Some of the latest from Square One ...
Square One held its AGM on May 25th and we were delighted with the large turnout as well as the encouraging words from those in attendance. Each area of ministry presented their latest projects via video, however many staff were present to answer any questions those in attendance might have! It was a night of praising God for all He is doing through the ministries of Square One World Media! Click here to watch the AGM videos ... https://vimeo.com/s1wm

BUgirl is moving forward with production of its next phase of ministry - webisodes on YouTube designed specifically to reach out to young women aged 13 to 17 years of age. Kaylyn Holmes is leading this next phase of the ministry and we are anticipating great response to how she is sharing the message of Jesus Christ through these webisodes. The first one will be released in September 2017 on the BUgirl YouTube channel. Your prayers for this next phase of BUgirl ministry are greatly appreciated.

Monika, host of our Arabic TV talk show, The New Eve, recently attended the Second North American Church Leadership Conference hosted by the Lighthouse Evangelical Arabic Church in Winnipeg. The Conference was quite intense, with four to six sessions a day that focused on the need for every follower of Christ to get to know their calling and gifting in order to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.
Everyone in the Church is called to be a disciple, always growing and learning. “If you can’t see God from where you are, then reposition yourself so that you can.” And everyone is called to be a servant leader in the church. “Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we change the world by impacting our own sphere of influence.”
Monika commented on the great interaction between the presenters – five pastors from Australia – and the attendees, who were mostly Arabic. “They asked good questions which showed they have a strong desire to learn.” Monika’s experience is that Arabic believers who are new to Canada want to know what God’s purpose is in bringing them here. “We are called to be the light of the world. Our actions should invite others to want to know more about Jesus.”
Ernesto and Marina Pinto were in the islands of Spain during May, preaching, teaching and interviewing people for both their radio programs as well as the TV show 180 Grados that Ernesto hosts and produces. The churches of the Canary Islands were delighted with Ernesto and Marina's visit and saw many come to know Jesus Christ through the ministry of Ernesto and Marina. Praise God!
